I’ve been trying to explain what you just said to some family members and they don’t seem ot get the jest of it. I’m administrating an estate and having to price every thing. They think it shoud be higher and I keep trying to tell them it should be at or just below a reasonable market value. They’re not figuring in the timeeeeeeeee and expence of selling the item. I’m going to get them to read this.
